Andrea Navedo is an American actress who is also a published author. Her career was successful as an actress in television. Her first appearance was on the morning soap operas One Life to Live & Guiding Light. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in the Bronx area of NY) is an American actor and a singer. Navedo began her acting career as a daytime soap. From 1995 until 1997 she played Linda Soto on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. Then, in 1999, Shesa Sandoval was cast in the CBS Drama Guiding Light. Her debut film was as a character in Girl 6 in 1996. The actress then appeared on the shows New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo was a co-star in Double Take (2001), an action-packed comedy. She also appeared in Washington Heights (2002). Navedo played a regular role on the NBC Crime series Law & Order, as Detective Ana Cordova from 2001-2004. Later, he appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods. Navedo played in a range of movies, such as El Cantante (The Cantante) and Remember Me. Navedo appeared on How to Make It in America Golden Boy, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit from 2011 to 2013.
